The rooms were spotless and the perfect size for our family of 5. Never stayed in a Bed and Breakfast but this was quite special. Barbara was an amazing host and so very helpful. Also was a 5 minute walk to the metro giving us easy access to downtown Rome.

We were pleasantly surprised by everything this location has to offer. Everything is sparkling clean, and the attention to detail makes all the difference. Congratulations, it's clear that everything is done from the heart! We were lucky to be able to get here! The coffee, biscuits and tea, offered by the host, in the shared kitchen, were delicious! The breakfast offered at a nearby bar, also very tasty! We were greeted with champagne! It is very close to points of interest, we moved around on foot. We had a truly wonderful stay at Monti Tiburtini Guest House! My wife, our two-year-old daughter, and I felt extremely comfortable and welcome throughout our entire visit to Rome. First and foremost, we would like to sincerely thank Katia, our amazing host. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and always available for anything we needed. You can truly feel how much effort she puts into making her guests feel at home — her warmth made a big difference in our overall experience. The guest house itself is very clean, cozy, and perfectly maintained. It’s a family-friendly place with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The location is excellent: there are several shops nearby for anything you might need, and right downstairs in the building, there’s a lovely café where we had breakfast every morning. The staff there is very polite and friendly, and the breakfast selection was great. Although the kitchen is shared with other guests, it was absolutely no problem — actually, it turned out to be a wonderful opportunity to meet other travelers and exchange experiences about visiting Rome. The kitchen was always tidy and well-equipped. The connection to the city center is fantastic. The metro station is very close to the property, and thanks to the convenient location, we were able to explore Rome with ease. We walked around 20 kilometers each day, seeing all the major sights, and it was wonderful to return each evening to such a peaceful and comfortable accommodation. In short: everything exceeded our expectations, and we are already looking forward to coming back to Rome — and of course, staying again at Monti Tiburtini Guest House with Katia as our host! We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and perfectly located home away from home in Rome. Thank you once again, Katia!

It was very clean and it was easy to get to the city centre and back,metro station is about 3 minutes from it. We got the breakfast in the room on carts,and it was plenty and very delicious. Valentina the host is also amazing, I asked for a small surprise in the room for my boyfriend as it was his birthday and se went way beyond of my expectations. Definitely going to book it again.

The owner was very kind, she welcomed us upon arrival and made us homemade Italian coffee. The accommodation is very clean and nice. It was moved from the city center in a quiet neighborhood, which gives you the opportunity to have a nice rest from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is well connected by metro line C to the city center. All recommendations.

Beautiful villa with a garden in a quiet neighborhood. Possibility to have breakfast outside in the garden. It takes only 15 to 20 minutes to get to University Tor Vergata (walk + bus).

The location was choosen because of the neighboring Tor Vergata university, which is located 5 stations away from Torre Gaia station. The location is indeed idyllic and safe, close to a single cafe-restaurant and a commercial area with a supermarket, a pet-shop and a pret-a-porter shop, with logical prices. The hotel is quiet and in a residential area close to Torre Gaia Station (metro and bus).
