The location is excellent, just in the main square of Venzone, very nice winebars around. The room is clear and nice, modern and new furniture. The breakfast is very nice, they prepare all ingrediance in the kithchen, and you can do it yourself any time.

It was the second time we staey in this apartment, we loved it this time too. Thank you for having is :-) The host of this place is super kind, she sends all important information about check-in and check-out in time. The fridge is alway full of goods for breakfast, it is very comfortable for tired cyclists :-) We could place our bikes safely at the courtyard of the apartmen. If you are in Venzone, do not miss Trattoria Alle Scaligere, best restaurant in the area.

When you are in Gemona go there! The owners are extremely kind and helpful and the rooms are just recently renovated. All the electronics were high end and the bathroom was super clean and pretty. The breakfast is very nice and the B&B owners offer Apple Juice and Apple Marmelade from their own plantation.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We also got an upgrade to an apartment with a kitchen which was great. The host is very friendly and made sure we got all what we needed. Good location, quiet yet close to highway to continue your trip.

We loved the area, beautiful scenery and fresh mountain air. The room was cozy, comfortable and clean, bathroom was also spotless with hot water and good water pressure in the shower. It was a cold night, so heating was turned up in the rooms, which was very welcome. The owner is very friendly and we loved her infectious laughter, you can hear it all around the property and it makes you feel at home! Excellent restaurant, great food, friendly service. I highly recommend this place when passing by or visiting this beautiful area.

This was the best stay we have so far ever. Stefania is the nicest person in the world, she was looking after us as we are family. The room was super clean and nice. The pool is clean and big, perfect for kids. The garage for bikes even has a pump and some spares, with possibility to change ebikes. The breakfast was super delicious and Stefania even obtain some gluten free cakes for the children. When we were leaving she even prepared a sandwiches for the trip. If you are on the Alpe Adria this is the best place to stay. If we are coming again we will definitely choose this place. Thank you Stefania you are greatest.

We loved our stay at this B&B. The hotel was in a lovely, peaceful location, surrounded by nature. The room was comfortable and spotless and the staff was kind and helpful.

We spent 4 nights here, and honestly – we would have stayed even longer. The host, Iris, is incredibly kind, caring, and it’s clear that she puts her whole heart into what she does. Her hospitality truly impressed us. The breakfast? The best we’ve ever had! A huge selection – sweet, savory, hot, cold, and even gluten-free options upon request. Everything made from high-quality ingredients, with many homemade products. A real delight! The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and the beds are very comfortable – we slept wonderfully. Parking is free and conveniently located right across from the house. And a big plus – the accommodation was very welcoming for our dog, who always travels with us. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
