Great Staff that are extremely helpful and welcoming 🤩 all issues were solved quickly. Got short guided tour through city at arrival, help with luggage and all information needed. Great people og very nice location. Beautiful porch/ with vie of lemon trees and the ocean!

Paulo was a great host. He carried our heavy suitcase up the (many) steps, and helped out when a train strike meant we had to stay an extra night (no hardship in Vernazza!). The view from the room was unbelievable. We enjoyed sitting out on the terrace and watching the plaza and the harbour below. A great stay all round.

The location is excellent, on the main street, just a 2-minute walk from the train station. The room was extremely clean, and we were able to arrange an early check-in. We were also welcomed with water and everything we needed: coffee, tea, towels. In the evening, it was very quiet even though it was peak season — after 8:00 PM, the tourists were already gone.

Best is the quietness of this apartment just few mins walk from the train station, away from the busy town centre. The apartment is very comfortably sized for all four of us. The amenities were simple but good. Staff picked us up from train station to save us the trouble from finding the place. Able to respond quickly on message to trouble shoot.
