The house was was very clean, comfortable and well organized. A special mention goes to Tomo-san, my boyfriend and I suffered from food poisoning and weren't able to move to the next location, Tomo-san let us stay one more day even though that day was a festivity and the guesthouse was supposed to be closed. He really saved us and showed us what is the meaning of hospitality and generosity. I can only reccomand Shironoshita Guesthouse for all those who want to experience the true Japanese hospitality and warmth.

My wife and I were dealing with a heavy family loss and our hostess and the overall experience at this Bettei made the loss much easier to cope with. I could not have asked for a better experience. In addition, the unexpected connection to Himeji Castle greatly increased my appreciation for my visit to the ancient fortress.

Everything perfect in this hostel ,kind staff ,very clean everywhere, the location is close to the train and bus station, there is coffee and tea in the morning and a nice common space for eat and drink .And they give an welcome present when you arrive :)
