Great stay with wonderful staff and delicious food! We were there in the off-season so we couldn't enjoy the beach, but we would love to go back when the ocean is a little bit more calm. Overall, the room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Definitely recommend!

What truly sets this place apart is the family. They are the kindest, most welcoming people you could ever hope to meet. They didn't just host us; they treated us like family. especially sudharshini the owner of the property is the sweetest person you could meet. Anything you ask them they would definitely do without any demands. They are the nicest and sweetest people. And the place is just like your home, comfortable, clean and easy to commute. It's situated in a nice neighborhood where you can roam even late at night without any thoughts. Getting bored of regular hotels and wanting to have a home away home for your vacation or wanting to spend some time in negombo you can definitely choose kingz kottage. Their rooms, locality, pool and food are super amazing. I would definitely go here when I visit again. Only some places you feel like wanting to visit again because of the people there and this is one of those places.

This was my second time staying here at this lovely little homestay. The family that runs it are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are bright and very clean, there is a/c and fan. Breakfast is served with local dishes and a large portion of fresh fruit. I also had a very good dinner of grilled fresh fish. I can highly recommend it, if you are going to be in Negombo for a short time and want to be close to the airport, it is the perfect place.

We had a fantastic stay! The hosts are incredibly warm and welcoming, and they greeted us in the middle of the night without hesitation. Even before our arrival, the communication via WhatsApp was very well organized. The accommodation is impressively clean, beautifully furnished with great attention to detail, and above all, spacious. The rooms are huge, and there’s also a shared area with a kitchen, dining space, and more. It truly feels like home, and the hosts are always available if needed. We even extended our stay for an extra night. Absolutely recommended!

Look no further if you are looking for a place to stay in Negombo! The family who owns the homestay are the nicest people I’ve met in Sri Lanka! They even welcomed me with fresh juice, and at times surprised me with nice breakfast and dinner. The rooms are spacious, very clean and very quiet, the bathroom is modern, there is also hot shower although you don’t really need. There is also outside seating area. You can prepare hot water as well in the kitchen. The location is also great! There is a small supermarket at the end of the road if you are in need of anything. A quiet section of the beach is about 5 mins walk and plenty of restaurants on the main road and a bigger supermarket which are 3 mins walk away. I stayed here 7 nights and I wish I could stay longer. But I will be back for a day or two at least before I leave Sri Lanka.

We stayed a couple of nights at Western Sky before flying out of the country and Kevin was so helpful with everything. He is a really nice man, he worked in Italy for many years and we even spoke Italian together which was nice. The breakfast was delicious and filling. The room was quite large and comfortable, the bed also very good and we slept well and in general, the building is new and you can tell he really takes good care of it. We recommend it to anyone visiting Negombo or wants to be close to the airport.

The property itself is beautiful but the hosts made it for us. Great location in a quiet neighbourhood which is well worth exploring on the provided bikes. Breakfast was amazing with surprises every day. The hosts were just the best and as accommodating as it comes.
