Property was in a fantastic location near all of the major Rotorua tourist spots. It had a fantastic view of the geysers in Te Puia. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with en suites. The breakfast was fantastic - fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, cold meats and cheeses and fresh toast / breads. Dave and Shami were excellent hosts. They gave great advice as to where to go / what to do. They made us a lovely cup of tea / coffee in the morning. They were so welcoming upon arrival and wished us safe travels on our departure. We wished we could have stayed longer! Thank you for having us! :)

We loved staying at Koura Lodge in our honeymoon! The hotel is so beautiful, well furnished and clean. The views from the room and during breakfast were stunning. And the host was incredibly professional, resourceful and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

The location was great. There is a beautiful lake across their home. And another nice lake 5 min drive away. carmel is one of the most caring, friendliest host we have ever met. She does everything to make your stay memorable.

Awesome location, walk to eat street and the lake. Quiet area. Stayed in the B n B, small room own bathroom. Very clean. Breakfast included. Free onsite parking. AC was being fitted to all rooms during our stay, this will assist greatly as it was a tad warm in Feb. would not fault at all!!

Our stay was absolutly perfect. The apartment is spacious, there is a small garden and everything you need like washing machine, dishwasher, etc. For breakfast there are several delicious options. The host is very friendly and helpful and gave us many useful tipps. We would go there again.

The room is huge and very clean. The view is absolutely magnificent and the location quiet and relaxing. Breakfast delicious, fresh and served always with a large smile. I highly recommend this lodge. Thank you Jenny for your marvelous house, we feel at home during those three days.

Annie, the host, was very hospitable and friendly. The bed was very comfortable, and there was ample room with a separate longe to spread out in. Annie makes a great coffee in the morning with breakfast. Who needs to go out to a Cafe?
