What a find, the house had been moved 220km to this amazing plot. It was previously a nunnery and all those features had been retained, so the wood and feel of the property was extremely relaxing. The grounds included a railway carriage you could stay in, a wooden boat, carousel, a little lake with a fountain, swings, rocking seats, huge bee structure, the most amazing glass summerhouse with table tennis facilities and outside seating. Kym was the most amazing host, nothing was too much. She arranged our Milford Sound trip on Cruise Milford and recommended the time we should leave and stop off points on route. What I have not mentioned is that the lounge as free beer,wine, tea,coffee and cookies. What more could you want. Breakfast included everything you could want from continental to cooked, selection of juices and tea and coffee. One night we decided to stay in and Kym let us use the kitchen to cook dinner for ourselves and one other guest that we met. Felt very sad to leave and would differently recommend and go back if we can.

We were absolutely delighted with our stay in this idyllic B&B. Beautifully appointed cosy room (you can tell the owner is an artist!) with wonderful views out to the lake and mountains. Lovely toiletries in the bathroom which is also well equipped. Walkable into town centre (20mins max), parking also available. Great breakfast.

Set in beautiful garden surroundings, this B&B is only 100 metres from the shores of Lake Te Anau. Each room includes cable TV, electric blankets and tea/coffee making facilities.

The staff are amazing, they helped us with everything! Even planning our days at te anau! Each day, they ask how was your previous day and about your next plans, they really care! Highly recommended!!!

A bit of bad luck with the weather, but Phil made us feel warm and welcome. Breakfast was excellent and restaurants for dinner are only 10 minutes away in Te Anau. Excellent startingpoint for the boat cruises over de Milford Sound.

The place felt very luxurious. Everything was of high quality. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Bathroom was also nice. Jeff is an amazing, friendly host. We loved talking to him in the kitchen when he made breakfast.The to-go breakfast provided the other day was also very good and generous. And Eddie and Frenkie where lovely as well!

Beautiful room and environment, nicely prepared breakfast each day. Owner was really nice and explained where to go with beautiful prepared map. Has a kitchenette with oven to heat food, no stove.
