The layout of the hotel was very nice over several levels with great views out or gardens. The luggage storage and the free shuttle service to the airport was super. And the availability of a shower after having checked out was very special. The plentiful car parks was surprising.

Although my arrival was midnight, the host was still awake and prepared the room for me. I really liked the sheared balcony because nobody was there and it was almost private living/dining room with a good scenery.

Very nice, clean and cozy property with incredible view! Car is recommended, the accommodation is on the hill (approximately 5 min by car from city center). The owner is very nice, we needed to clean our rental car and she gave us all things for cleaning. There are 2 lovely cats and house has a private parking space. Kitchen is equipped with all you might need and on top of that the owner prepared for us beer, lemonade and cookies what was a very nice welcome. Highly recommended:)

WE used the room as a day room waiting for our flight early in the morning. The host was very kind. We got lost and he came to look for us and he allowed me to park in his back yard. A clean pool was all we need it.

We booked Vaiata Lodge 5 months or more in advance and we had plenty of information of where to find it and all the equipment of the place. We were received very kindly and we had parking and our own fridge and room with air conditioner and a massive TV with Netflix. The bed was amazingly comfortable, my wife and I we slept like kings, couldn’t ask for more. Every morning they made breakfast for us at 8.00 am and it was super helpful and also tasty. They made us organic fried eggs (from the host brother farm) and bacon with a good cold juice and milk. It gave us the energy we needed to start the day. On the lodge we also had a list of places and restaurants to visit as per their recommendation. We thought that it was very thoughtful on their behalf. They kept giving us advice and resolving questions we had which was 5-stars. I literally felt at home. Also for whoever needs it, they have car park (which we used) and also you can rent a motorbike if you like. They thought about everything, seriously, the best service no kidding. They are very honest and kind people which make Tahiti even a better place and they were so kind to invite us for dinner with their friends on the last night of our stay on Vaiata Lodge. They were super friendly and we had a lot of fun. We 100% recommend anyone to book their stay at this place, it will make your visit to Tahiti memorable, familiar and beautiful. Stephane and Maeva are the best hosts anyone can have ❤️‍🩹

The staff were lovely and for tahiti the price was reasonable as the dorm rooms only have two beds so it's was basically like a private twin with shared bathroom. The shared kitchen was handy and had the basics, although the nearby supermarket had ready made meals which was a great option for cheap tasty dinner. It's close to town, perhaps 10-12 mins from the water,.and 15min walk to the port.
