First, I'd like to thank my hosts, for their warm and genuine hospitality! I really enjoyed my stay. Your apartment is beautiful and spacious. I haven't stayed in such a new, clean, and stylish apartment in a long time. It has a private terrace with a ceiling fan and comfortable seating. Such peace and quiet (no barking dogs, no rooster noise). And a large, clean swimming pool with an artificial waterfall. Don't miss the excellent breakfast. You won't need lunch after that! The rum is very clean, comfortable bed and pillows to sleep with. Good connection on Wifi, the toilet is clean and nice to take a shower with warm and cold water. The staff are very helpfull so what can I say more that everything is perpect for me. Im pretty sure that Im gonna stay here again a night or two before my flight back to Sweden👍❤️

I didn't like the place, I loved it! This is one of the nicest place I've stayed in Dumaguete. The facilities are all good and excellemtly working. Staff are also friendly and approachable.

Our stay at Belfort house was exceptional. The house is beautiful and big, accommodating 3 guests in separate bedrooms. It is sparkling clean. They have a big garden and two beautiful, playful dogs. We totally loved the dogs. The location is very good, walking distance of Valencia main square, and 15 minutes drive to Dumaguete center. Anne, the host, and her cousin, are very kind. They informed us about touristic stuff and were always checking if we needed something. The price is fair.

This place is simply amazing! Everything is super cosy and it feels immediately like home. Charm (the host) helped us with everything and organized us a tour to Apo Island and later at night we went together to a beach party. There were days she even cooked for us.
