We are two girls and we slept in Sleepy House 4 nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room is cleaned every day and every day they give you a roll of toilet paper and two bottles of water. the laundry service is not included, but they are very helpful, just give them your clothes and they bring them back to your room clean and folded. there is a small free breakfast (cereal, milk, coffee) and the cats that live in the structure are very cute! highly recommended

Loved our stay at Baan Jaru. From the moment I booked to the pre-stay communications and right up until we left these guys took exceptional care of us. The whole family and staff were so welcoming and helpful. The place is so close to everything. You can walk to at least a dozen restaurants within 400 metres of the property. The pad Thai down the road is amazing (and cheap!) Baan Jaru is very clean. It had everything we needed for our stay. They give you free water every day. It was quiet and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. We made sure we didn't miss it. You can have eggs, fruit, veges and chicken and toast with jam as well as coffee, tea and juice. The staff are very attentive and knowledgeable. They were very kind to let us have a late checkout and gave us heaps of recommendations on where to go to get furniture for our new house in Chiang Rai. Toddy was amazing to deal with and always had time to chat to us. Highly recommend staying there. You will love it. 🎉

The property was beyond my expectations. It had a good rating on booking.com, this is also the reason why I choose it and found that it richly deserves its rating. First of all, the property was very nicely arranged, it had a pool with large red fish, specific to the Asian region, as I saw in several places during my stay. Very tasty breakfast, with a choice between the Asian, European or mixed version. Big, spacious room, large and comfortable double bed, I also had a balcony with a table and 2 chairs (which I didn't have time to use). Elegant bathroom, shower cabin, hot water both in the sink and in the shower, daily cleaning, changed towels and sheets, arranged the bed... In just few words ..... I recommend that property. It is the kind of property that I would happily return to in the future.

The room (including the bed)was confortable and big and very clean good wi fi it was very nice the service was very kind too and things to cook and a nice balcony the only thing to make it even better would be a small biscuit to take with coffee but it was already nice to have free coffee and water.

    10 out 10. Everything in this place was perfect. Spotless, well-appointed room, updated bathroom. Quiet. Excellent hospitable staff. Excellent breakfast, the best we have had in Thailand with all our hotels. There are plenty of convenience stores and cafes around. We ate in the hotels small restaurant one evening and the food was great and an excellent price. I highly recommend this hotel

    The place was really nice and quiet, tiny bit away from the centre but it was not a problem. The pool is very nice and refreshing. Food in the restaurant is very very cheap and it is all delicious. Easy to rent a moped with them and you can get tours organised there as well.

    Great location, quiet but near the night market. Friendly staff/ owner. Everything went smoothly. Our hotel booked a private car tour of all the main sightseeing attractions e.g. White Temple, Blue Temple. It was well worth it.
