This place is truly exceptional and after a few places with hard beds, scratchy linens and uncomfortable seating this place was a relaxing oasis . The whole site is beautiful, the gardens are so attractive with lots of plants and flowers and interiors decorated in a stylish way with comfortable settees and chairs. The pool is sparkling clean with sunbeds for relaxing. The rooms have large beds and a modern bathroom with walk in shower. The towels and bedding are lovely and soft and the bed extremely comfortable. There is a cafe on site serving alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, also breakfast, lunch and dinner. We ate here every day and the food was very good, the green thai curry was my favourite with a side of rice and stir fried vegetables. The breakfast was fabulous, I chose a large salad with avocado and eggs( you could have had an American breakfast) also toast with home made jams and a platter of fresh fruit. The place is family owned and the host, Rudeeporn couldn't do enough to help us and organised a pick up/drop off from the bus station. She also kindly organised transport in and out of town for us. I would recommend hiring a car or bikes to explore the area.

Really good family. More than a wonderful host. Great breakfast. Cute pets. The room is quite modern, but simple, and equipped with everything you would possibly need. I came for one night (exploring Northern Thailand) and it was the only place in which I extended my stay! Will definitely come back. Thank you 🙏

Amazing. Peaceful setting, with the property looking over rice fields. You get your own little bungalow with a firm but comfy bed, a table and tv. Shower is good. You can wash your clothes there for 30 baht a load.

Lovely place to stay. Clean, comfortable and large rooms. Anton, the owner is really friendly and helpfull. Can highly recommend this place. Surroundings are also beautifull.

Loved the host, they welcomed me with oranges on a hot sunny day. The room was very clean and I really enjoyed the bathtub. The breakfast was filling and a good one to start the day with. Also grand ma was very sweet and gave me a bag of oranges for my journey ahead on the bicycle.

This is an amazingly beautiful and comfortable place. We had a mini-house at our disposal with an excellent bed, a bathroom nearby in a separate area, and a private backyard with a breathtaking view of the mountains. The room had everything you could possibly need: good Wi-Fi, a refrigerator, a kettle, a hairdryer, and dishes.
