The hotel was clean and the staff were attentive. They upgraded our room to a larger one for free. The air conditioning was excellent. It’s centrally located and close to everywhere — we walked to the Harbiye Convention Center and the Harbiye Open-Air Theatre.

The staff and owner was very friendly and very helpful. They were super patient with us and answered any questions we had. When we asked for directions, the owner would walk us and made sure we got to our destination safely. They helped us set up an istanbulkart card for us. They assisted us with our luggage when arriving and leaving and held our luggage for us when we had a late bus. They provided us with water and fruit and other small things we requested as well. Would 100% recommend and will definitely return next time we visit Istanbul.

okay so we initially booked the basement room but were upgraded for free to the level 1 room. EVERYONE IS SO NICE??????!? it’s a small hotel ish but the staff makes it so worthwhile. they treat us like family and made our stay so amazing.

The location is excellent, not only very close to important landmarks such as Taksim Square, Dolmabahçe Palace, but also within easy reach of other must-see districts like Beşiktaş and Kadıköy, taking the ferry across the Bosphorus was just amazing. Breakfast was included and it was great. The hotel also has direct transportation options from the airport, which made things very convenient. A special thanks to the gentleman with long hair who was especially helpful during my stay.
