Very spacious attic about 10 minutes Uber from Richmond CBD. I was at a Conference at the Richmond Conference Centre. Magnolias was exceptionally good value.

Very clean for what it is and what you pay. Legit smoke free place. I left before breakfast so can't comment on that.

Bathroom in excellent condition. More than some higher rated hotels. Great location out of the way with no building entry.
