The staff are friendly, pleasant, and efficient. The grounds are neat and tidy. The exteriors of buildings look nice. The cleaning staff provided smiles and fresh towels daily. Pets are allowed, which means a lot to families with furry loved ones and that option is hard to find in that area. The layout of the cottage works well. Nice to have dish and bath soap, utensils, dishes, microwave, toaster. Thanks for all of that!
