Everything feels fresh and new, from the modern design to the clean, roomy space in the bedroom. The team at reception were kind and attentive, always with a smile, which made a big difference to my experience. The breakfast buffet was generous with both Western and Vietnamese options, all delicious. I joined one of the Lan Ha Bay excursions and it turned out to be a highlight — the scenery was breathtaking and the trip ran very smoothly.

Owner is really friendly. Helped me book a tour and my bus to Hanoi for a good price. Great price for a very private room. Has everything you need & a really big, comfortable bed. I slept really well here. Good location, in a quiet area but close to lots of nice cafes and restaurants.

Vietnam is a noisy country with all the karaoke and the use of the claxon in traffic. But this place is quiet and we loved it. It’s a few hundred meters from the main road on a dead end street. There are only 3 rooms, so you will never sleep there with a noisy tour group. The room is spatious and the quality of the bed etc is good. The bathroom and the WiFi are also good. The owner can book tours, bus tickets, taxis, motor rental etc for you, she is very helpfull and friendly.
