The hotel was exactly in the very middle of the city on the main street. The hotel has a brewery, and the beer was delicious. The owner is very nice, and you will be in very good hands with anything you need. The room was great, luxury even. They have a cafe also, so if you need food you don't have to go anywhere else. Would definitely recommend you stay here if staying in Sevan.

There are restaurants and small supermarket a short walk away. A taxi to Sevan city or the peninsula is 15 minutes and easy to catch one through yandex. It is an amazing stay for the price.

The bed was so comfortable and the room large enough for two, the balcony was just perfect with the table and the couch to rest and take dinner when the weather was cooler. Facilities were also very nice, we had everything we needed and even more. Very quiet place and beautiful garden with kitten. The owners were so adorable they even invited us for coffee and food, driving us for free on the area when we asked and were always ready to help.

It was great to chat and even sing together. We also loved being able to enjoy the garden and try the fruits, especially the raspberries. Oh, and the fantastic breakfast they have prepared for us.

This was the best accommodation during the time we were in Armenia.
