Her place is perfectly situated near Sevan Lake, making it an ideal spot if you're visiting the area. The view, with apple trees surrounding the house, is simply breathtaking. Rose went above and beyond by recommending nearby restaurants and even advising us on what to order, which was super helpful when the waitress tried to push something that wasn’t something local. Our stay was nothing short of perfect—she even baked us a delicious Armenian dish in the morning. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here if you want to feel right at home.

The property is beautifully located — close to the shores of Lake Sevan, yet far enough from the noise and crowds to feel peaceful and secluded. The house itself is built to a high standard, fully equipped, and thoughtfully designed down to the last detail. The grounds are spacious, well-maintained, and filled with fruit trees that bear delicious seasonal fruit guests are welcome to enjoy. Although the owners are not on-site, they are highly responsive and helpful. Special thanks to Greta, who is in charge of maintaining the place — warm, welcoming, and exceptionally professional. A truly special place we would love to return to!

Moreni Guest House is a recently renovated guest house in Gavarr, where guests can make the most of its garden and shared lounge. The property has mountain and garden views. There is an outdoor fireplace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. The best of all has been the great hospitality that the whole family has given us. It was great to chat and even sing together. We also loved being able to enjoy the garden and try the fruits, especially the raspberries. Oh, and the fantastic breakfast they have prepared for us.

Large living / studio space. Double glazed picture windows alternate with pine boarded panels hi ing 360° views. A warm welcome. Great hosts. Good communication. Bought groceries on our behalf and deli ered them to us so that we could make a meal. A second bedroom with two single beds makes it ideal for family. Part of and eco project where a summer camp with aims to introduce young people to sustainable living with a closeness to nature. We walked , painted and relaxed in this beautiful place.
