Set in Salzburg, less than 1 km from Mirabell Palace, Villa Flöckner offers air-conditioned accommodation and a garden. Even though I only booked the single room I didn't expect it to be big enough for me. Comfy bed, clean room and great breakfast! Also the FO and restaurant staff are very friendly.

One word: Amazing! Alex makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive, apart from being super friendly =) The place is really nice, the rooms and facilities are great, breakfast has everything you think of and Alex makes the best eggs, whatever way you like them. The location is great also, away from the craziness of town, but easily reached by bus or a nice walk (or by bike if you wish). Nice little touchs everywhere, definitely one of the best B&B's I have stayed at.

Only 400 metres away from the centre of Kaprun, Pension Patricia was completely renovated in December 2016, offers free WiFi and free parking in a quiet location. Great location, in a quiet alley near the center of Kaprun. My room had views of both the green Kaprun fields and the Top Of Salzburg peak, which was stunning. The lady at the breakfast was very kind and attentive. The owner is a pleasant person and was always there during the morning times and gave us some useful tips. There are enough parking spaces available at the property and on the street and the Summer Card is a huge plus.

The beds were so comfy and we loved having a living room to hang out it. The parking space was very useful and the host got us mobility tickets for the public transportation, and even let us use the parking spot a few hours after check out.

The apartment was located in a quiet residential area but very close to the bus stops (within a 2-4 min walk). We conveniently used the buses (Line 1, 10, 21, 22) to get around the city.  The apartment itself was so lovely. It was modern, incredibly clean and tastefully decorated. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was especially large and bright with lovely touches. The kitchen was also spacious and nicely equipped. Plus, it had a lovely balcony with comfy chairs. Our host Susanne was very communicative and helpful. She sent a detailed instruction with photos for self check-in and was very responsive to any questions. We had a truly wonderful stay, thank you!!

Eggs made on demand. The staff and service are excellent. A good dinner (made from scratch) with some nice wines. This is a really a family hotel with good food were you feel at home!

I can't recommend this place enough for anyone seeking a delightful getaway while enjoying the fantastic view of the alps.
