Very comfortable stay in a gorgeous location. The views are incredible, everything was clean and comfortable. When booking I didn’t realise there was a private beach area we could use, such a treat to have a place to relax and dip in the beautiful lake from so close to the accomodation. Our stay was made extra nice because of Moni (the host) and her thoughtful touches - thank you Moni!

A charming and well-kept family pension in a relaxed local atmosphere. The rooms are simple, spacious, sparking clean and have everything you need. The yard is stunning with a mountains view and many corners to sit, play, enjoy. There is also a lovely pool in the yard which we enjoyed very much. The breakfast is rich and delicious. Close to the charming city Gmunden and many other beautiful places to visit. We really enjoyed and regretted only coming here for one night.

The location is perfect -very close to the station. And the village is quiet, picturesque and tranquil. Hosts-Richard and Jasmin were very welcoming and helpful. The room was spotless and comfortable, with an astonishing mountain view. There is everything we need-a tea kettle, and coffee, and a fridge on each level. Also there are tearooms with mountain view. From the tea room, we looked out of the window at the Alps while having a cup of tea. We also appreciated his recommendations on trips. The hosts thought of all details and the accomodation reflects his thoughtful design and consideration. We really appreciated it. Overall, highly recommended!

Absolutely wonderful - the house, the scenery, the owners. Beautiful new modern house, decorated nicely with ultramodern facilities. Location - peaceful austrian village. The hosts are English, this was really nice surprise. Great people, very friendly, kind and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and cosy with amazing view! Bathroom was perfect with large shower. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. Everything was remarkable. Definetly would like to come again. Highly recommend it!
