Wiener Gäste Zimmer is located in Vienna’s 10th district, in the building of a traditional Viennese vinegar and beer brewery and oil press. It's a unique and comfortable place to stay - very different than an average hotel. I enjoyed the uniqueness of the space because they obviously thought about the details of the design. The hosts are also friendly and helpful. I was very comfortable in a single room. The mattress was firm and and I slept well each night. There was air conditioning, but I didn't need it. The bathroom is definitely different and probably isn't for everyone. But once I read the instructions and experimented with the water temperature, it worked perfectly for me. The breakfasts were a highlight for me. I decided to skip the morning sessions of a conference so I could relax and enjoy each morning I was there. The food was delicious - fresh eggs from the chickens on the premises, a selection of yummy cheeses, fresh homemade bread, fresh fruit, homemade granola, fresh grape juices, freshly brewed coffee, etc. I wish I'd had time to enjoy the outdoor terrace and other amenities. I hope to return again.

Pension Haus Sanz is located in a green residential area easily reachable from the A2 and A23 motorways. The Vienna State Opera is reachable by tram in 25 minutes. Unique, clean and private space to come back to after being in a bustling city. Room was clean, bed was super comfy and breakfast was awesome.

The apartment is in an excellent location, with great connections (subway, bus just a few meters away, direct link to the main train station). The owner, Tina, is very hospitable; she welcomed us warmly and gave us a whole range of useful recommendations and tips that came in very handy. The apartment is spacious, clean, the beds are comfortable, and the bathroom is great as well. We will definitely come back.

Location, price, room and host were all great. Appreciated being away from the crowded tourist area of the Inner Stadt but within walking distance of all the attractions. The neighborhood is safe and friendly with many outdoor restaurants, young families and shopping. The room was large, comfortable and secure. Karl is a welcoming and helpful host. I can't recommend Rosa Linde enough. So happy I made this choice for Vienna.
