We chose this beautiful place for our stay during Ironman Klagenfurt. We wanted somewhere relaxing but not too far from the race venue and this was perfect. I cannot describe how beautiful the scenery is and our suite at villa stern had a beautiful balcony and private terrace area to enjoy nature at its best. The whole of villa stern looks newly refurbished with a mix of modern and traditional furniture, The bathroom is a good size with lovely walk in shower, the water pressure was great and never short of hot water.. we had a separate lounge area to the bedroom. Both the lounge and bedroom opened out onto the balcony all with direct views to the pool and amazing forests. It is absolutely peaceful. Every morning breakfast is served from 8-10am, but on race day they prepared it for us for 4 am. The hosts are a couple and they are fantastic. They are so accommodating and will do anything to help make your stay comfortable. The breakfast was everything from hot cooked breakfast, to cheese and cold cuts, to cereals, yoghurts, fruits, croissants and regional delicacies, as well as a great coffee machine and a mix of teas and fruit juices. I cannot fault the cleanliness it was immaculate and they change the linens whenever you wanted and organised the room cleaning when you wanted too. The hosts also provide trips to venice which is just 2.5 hours away or if you go in winter they can take you just 30 mins down the road to a ski resort. The Villa Stern also has some bikes if you want to take them out for a ride. There is a cycle track just a couple of hundred metres down the road so it's really convenient. Viktring is just 10km down the road and there you can find shops and restaurants, but you will soon come to know that the villages surrounding lake klagenfurt are full of places to visit and dine. We had a fantastic time and are coming back next year for sure.

Pension Auszeit Velden está en Velden am Wörthersee, a 18 min a pie de Playa de Veldner Strandbad, y dispone de alojamiento con bicicletas gratis, parking privado gratis, jardín y salón de uso común. We only spent a night here for a road trip. But we can tell that the room was great, the bed was very comfortable. The communication and the staff were exceptional, and we also had a delicious breakfast. You can feel that this place has a heart who is the owner. Thank you for that, because it was a pleasure to be part of this welcoming hospitality. Parking was obvious and easy, also the self check in.

El Enjoyit Rooms se encuentra en Velden am Wörthersee, a 400 metros del casino Velden, y ofrece una barbacoa y vistas a la piscina. Hay aparcamiento privado gratuito y WiFi gratuita. Everything! The room was comfortable and spotless with a little balcony. The operator and owner was so gracious and friendly. She was available 24/7 to address any concerns. She even noticed it was my birthday and gave me a departing gift! It was one of the nicest stays we have ever had!

Happy Lake by Thomas Strugger está en Krumpendorf am Wörthersee, a 6 min a pie de Playa de Parkbad Krumpendorf, y dispone de alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis, salón de uso común y... Hospitality from owner (Thomas) was excellent.

Gästehaus Gertrude se encuentra en Velden am Wörthersee, a 7 min a pie de Playa de Veldner Strandbad y a 14 km de Waldseilpark - Taborhöhe. Apartment clean and confortable. Bereakfast was great! Nearby the center.

Este hotel de gestión familiar está situado a orillas del lago de Trattnigteich y ofrece un restaurante y una terraza con vistas al lago. Se puede nadar, pescar y practicar senderismo. Lovely Location and the most wonderful family as a host. Excellent food and the most considerate service, just perfect 

Haus Kaiser está en Schiefling am See, a 15 km de Abadía Viktring, y dispone de alojamiento con piscina de temporada al aire libre, parking privado gratis, jardín y zona de barbacoa. Everything was amazing. The location is very convenient to explore the different areas around by car or motorbike. The room had everything we needed, the view is beautiful and the shared big garden with the pool is really enjoyable. Special mention to the hosts who are super super nice, kind and friendly. We didn't want to leave! but for sure will be back to spend more days in the house :)

Pension Kitty se encuentra en Pörtschach am Wörthersee, a 5,5 km de Palacio Hornstein, y ofrece alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis y terraza. Fantastic hosts who were very helpful and friendly. Exceptional attention to detail, especially with the breakfast which included lots of home made muesli, granola, bread, yoghurt, smoothies and fruit juices. Also a very good coffee machine. Another nice touch was the reasonably priced self service drinks fridge. Handy location near train station and short walk to the shore of Lake Worthersee. Room was comfortable and well presented. Highly recommended.

Das Landhaus Hauptmann está en Pörtschach am Wörthersee, a 4,2 km de Palacio Hornstein, y dispone de alojamiento con piscina de temporada al aire libre, parking privado gratis, jardín y zona de playa... Best breakfast I ever had in a hotel.

Haus Klement, que cuenta con jardín, terraza y bar, ofrece alojamiento en Velden am Wörthersee con wifi gratis y vistas al jardín. The apartment is very clean , everything was available here , there was a warm welcome, facility was top quality, the view from the terrace was amazing specially the morning and evening coffee at terrace is too good.
