The historic nature of the accommodation was lovely. The host was fabulous as was breakfast. The en-suited room was quaint yet modern with a nice combo of old and new. Quiet and great for a night or two. An awful lot cheaper than Strahan which seems overpriced for what and where it is given how close Queenstown is.

It was quiet with a nice little stream running out front. The bed was comfortable and spa with hot water. I would advertise it as charming and cosy, not luxury.
