This hotel was a great stop off to get the Bernina Express, although nothing in Switzerland comes cheap. It is close to the train station and to the center of town as well (which was very quiet in October). We had a room for three which was a bit cramped for floor space but the private sink was a welcome addition to the shared toilet/shower. Those shared facilities were all were surprisingly nice and never busy. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very nice. We found the beds comfy too.

Great apartment, new, large, clean and comfortable with great views and everything you need! Great location, quiet and easily accessible to the train station, the main roads and a supermarket. Great hosts - thanks a lot for a wonderful stay :)

Interesting concept of integration of hotel with seniors community residence with shared dining facility. We didn't use spa etc but room and bathroom were of generous size to presumably allow for easier mobility of a resident or guest. Clean. Nice balcony with garden view. We didn't know there was a sunshade on outer balcony to keep room cooler. It would have been nice to know or to have a fan. Excellent breakfast. Charming place but different from hotel feel. Centrally located, quiet.

Great location for view of the Matterhorn. Cheap for Zermatt, we stayed in a private twin room so had own bathroom and it included breakfast. Had plant based milk and butter for breakfast. Used the microwave for dinner.
