The hostel is excellent, very clean and comfortable, and in a great location - right on the water, with beautiful views, and less than 10 minutes from the bus station. The kitchen is very big and well equipped for guests, with spices, tea/coffee, etc. and shared spaces are kept very clean and welcoming. Our bedroom was very comfortable. Sandro is incredibly welcoming and goes above and beyond to give advice on restaurants, buses and also detailed suggestions for day trips, including Google map routes which we found super helpful and filled our four days on Chiloé Island! We highly recommend this hostel!

The acomodations is great with a good price. Rooms are comfortable, quiet and very clean.There are two leaving rooms you can use and also a Sauna house with a creek where you can refresh. María Isabel and Pedro are such good hosts, nice, they gave us some tips for things to be done in the area.They sent us a menu for the night in case we didn't want to eat outside.It was delicious, they had dinner with us and we talked and enjoyed the dinner so much. Breakfast is delicious.(Apple juice, coffee, cheese, three types of bread, marmalade, butter, eggs....)The daily home made bread comes from the neighbour on the left of the property and the eggs are from another neighbour. Everything is local and very tasty. Thank you both for your warm welcome and the attention received during our stay.

We were very comfortable and enjoyed our 1 night stay. Loved the honour bar system and code-lock entry, which made our stay virtually contactless, but we still felt very welcomed by Carla who was in communication thru WhatsApp and available to take a photo of us as we loaded up our touring bikes to depart.

Klaus and his wife seem to be quite conscious about sustainability. Many items at breakfast and dinner were homemade which was delicious. I was in a twin room at the back of the house which was comfortable.
