Really great location in the old town of Qingdao. The staff were so lovely and had a good level of English so could give us recommendations and answer any questions we had. They gave us a map recommending restaurants offering local food as well as places to get drinks. We only stayed three nights and wish we’d stayed longer. We stayed in a private room so can’t speak for the dorms but the room was lovely and definitely didn’t feel like other private rooms we’ve stayed at in hostels

Great hotel - best Hyatt I have stayed. Located in the city center. Clean and beautiful room with plenty of space, comfortable bed, nice shower. Very good breakfast including local food. Exceptional staff, confident and friendly, always greet me within a warm smile and try their best to help me.

The hotel location is right in the city centre with short walking distance to metro station, shopping malls and restaurants. Staff here are very friendly and helpful. Bed is comfortable. Buffet breakfast includes both western and Asian cuisines and is with lots of selections.

Absolutely superb. Beautiful interior architecture. Very very clean. Great selection of Western and Chinese food. Great breakfast. Spacious room, Nice interior colours in bedroom. Not too much but not all grey. Great bathroom. Several charming details- for example bath towels kept in linen hygiene bags. Very quiet. A definite 👍 thumbs up.
