I stayed here for my last night before leaving Costa Rica and the hosts made me feel so at home! The place is really cozy and clean, it has enough space to move around and a beautiful veranda. Especially the hosts were very sweet and made sure I had everything I needed and more: they brought some coffee and fruits and had some helpful tips about where to eat. For a small fee I got an amazing breakfast and they took me to the airport- the perfect last night.

En primer lugar la atención de Blanquita y Adriana es de primera! Nos ayudaron desde que llegamos, nos hicieron sugerencias buenísimas para ir a comer, recorrer, reservar. Fueron muy amables, cordiales y respetuosas con nosotros! La casa es muy amplia, hermosa y la habitación tiene un tamaño magistral, baño enorme, cómodo, camas con colchones súper cómodos. Iluminación natural bellísima. El parque de la casa es lo mejor, para amanecer viendo toda la ciudad y montañas al rededor, mucha naturaleza. El desayuno espectacular! Muchas frutas! El café riquísimo! Y nos dieron de probar mango de cosecha propia 🫶🏽

Chongos Place está en Fortuna, a 2,7 km de Catarata La Fortuna, y dispone de alojamiento con piscina al aire libre, parking privado gratis, jardín y terraza. Muy lindo jardín con una vista increíble al volcán, un lugar muy tranquilo para disfrutar. La casa es bastante amplia y la cama muy cómoda.

It’s very close 5 mins from airport. Booked room with private bath was located in back patio. This is someone’s house but they have 4 rooms they rent. Clean, basic, comfortable. Host was very nice. Her husband is a taxi driver and took me to airport next morning at 5 am. He charged $8 very reasonable. wonderful place would stay again

La atención de la señora Yadira: lo hace sentir a uno como en casa ☺️. La ubicación es genial, muy cerca del aeropuerto, en un barrio muy tranquilo. La habitación es sencilla y estaba muy limpia. Ellos nos ayudaron a organizar la ruta del resto de la semana, fueron muy atentos con nosotros.

We stayed during the worst rain event in recent history so we were stuck in the room most of our trip and they couldn’t have been more accommodating. We had to change dates due to road outages and they were very helpful. They brought us warm muffins one day and were always asking how they could help. Even in the rain, the view was so pretty. Every time the rain let up, even if only for a few minutes, you could start to see the birds and butterflies and one very funny squirrel. The bed was comfortable and even with the dampness of the weather, there was no musty smell, which in CR is really something. The room was so clean and smelled so fresh. Now the highlight of our day was the breakfast! Different every day and fresh and really yummy! The staff is so friendly and helpful. Even the owner came out every morning to chat and ask how he could help with our day. I highly recommend this place and would love to return when it’s sunny!!! lol

Posada Rural Río Celeste se encuentra en Rio Celeste, a 44 km de Cavernas de Venado, y ofrece alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis y restaurante. Me gustó mucho la amabilidad con la que me trataron! Me mostraron las plantas del lugar y fueron muy gentiles!! La ubicación muy buena!
