Alexia and Adrien were wonderfully warm and kind hosts, who make guests feel at home. We loved the very generous and relaxing breakfast each morning around the large dining table, chatting with other guests (there were also a couple of smaller tables available). We also made use of a very comfortable guest lounge, with guides and other books. The chateau, furnishings and design are stunning! Our bedroom (and adjoining bathroom) was one of the best we have stayed in, with a very comfortable bed. We were also encouraged to share the large and beautiful garden, where we had a welcome drink from Alexia. The chateau is very well located for travel to/from Calais, and there is plenty to do in the area. We particularly enjoyed visiting Le Touquet. Excellent suggestions for restaurants from Alexia. The location is right in the town center, a strategic spot in the region, close to the beautiful cliffs and the Somme river delta. The host was exceptionally kind, informative, and always ready to help.

Belle Dune Golf Course is 21 km from the bed and breakfast and Bouvaque Park is 22 km away. Lovely little place. This was just an overnight stay for us but we would have loved to stay longer. It is a self contained annexe in the owners garden with fridge, microwave, table and chairs, very comfortable bed, everything you need. The pretty seaside town and the seafront is a short walk away. Nicole was very nice and friendly and recommended Le Commerce where we had an exceptional seafood meal.
