We had a very nice room. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Big bed and modern bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again if in the Oxford area.

The rooms have been newly renovated and are fantastic and very clean. The cooked breakfast is amazing. The staff (night supervisor, breakfast service, reception) are all very friendly and helpful. I will be coming back.

This place is simply amazing! The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is delicious, and everything is really worth the price. The pub downstairs is great — we had dinner there twice, and both times it was absolutely worth it!

We had a very comfortable stay in a very roomy clean mini apartment.the hosts were welcoming and helpful with sorting out the TV for us.we will definitely book to come again if we need to be in the area.

Beautiful Cotswolds country property. Located in the charming hamlet of Asthall. The staff is outstanding. Very professional, thoughtful and hospitable. Just a great team. Food very good.

the location, the breakfast was extensive and very good, the staff were fabulous and being on a farm it was very quiet.

It was great to be in this real bed and breakfast offered by Rose, and our rooms made us feel right at home. The opportunity to sit in her large back yard was much appreciated. Even more so, we were so impressed by both the full English and continental breakfast she offered us. We used the packed lunch option she offered, and were not disappointed. Rose was an excellent host all round.
