The property was as described and very clean and tidy. We enjoyed our stay. There is a bus that goes to and from the airport that stops at the end of the road, we used this on our return to the airport to pick up a loan car, it was perfect and good value for money too.

My room was superb with all I needed and more, for my 4 night stay. The shared kitchen was well equipped with tea an coffee on offer. The location was just out of the town but with a beach and a good restaurant close by. It was not far to walk to the centre where the annual Kardamyli Jazz Festival was held.

Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a private pool, sea view and a terrace, Mitso's House Mani is situated in Exochori. This guest house offers free private parking and luggage storage space. The property is non-smoking and is set 40 km from Municipal Railway Park of Kalamata. The studio apartment was modern, clean, comfortable, well-equipped, with excellent wifi, connected to the owner's house, with a pool in front of the apartment, and access to the roof for viewing the sunsets over the sea. The owner, Jim, met us and was wonderful, giving us instructions about the studio and also answering all the questions we had about the area, restaurants, beaches, supermarkets. Although the studio is adjacent to Jim's house, we did not see him throughout our stay, other than when we had questions for him. He made a point of giving us complete privacy. The location of the studio is in the hills, 15 minutes above Kardamyli and Stoupa, the beach towns with restaurants and supermarkets. It is ideal for those who want to be near the tourist areas but prefer the quiet and nature of the hills. The studio is conveniently located near the Viros Gorge, and we spent half a day hiking there. It is also a 4-minute walk to the local Panorama Taverna, which is open throughout the day.
