Patrick is a fantastic host we hit it off with him from the word go.... refreshing to have a host who has time to have banter with you, a true Irish character to have the craic with :) Would revisit just to annoy (LOL) Patrick..... Location is spot on, close to town and Rock of Cashel. The room and facilities were more than expected, had access to a kitchen and a lounge if needed. Breakfast was great, more than ample and offered more if required. All in all one of the best traditional B&B's we've stayed in, shame we weren't there for longer. Alan & Lorraine

The accommodation offers luggage storage space and bicycle parking for guests. The location worked for us because it was between what we wanted to see. The biggest pleasure was the people of Silvermines where so kind and friendly. A sweet little town. Really enjoyed Hickey's Pub!
