We didn't interact with staff in person but Rachel sent helpful instructions about the property and everything was clear. We were in Newbridge to attend a concert in town, we didn’t just get hints for places to eat but even a lift to town, saving the expense of a taxi. Any request we had was solved and in the morning, no trouble was too much for breakfast and check-out. We had a lovely, quite room with all facilities.
