It was my parents first time in India and Kanwar and his staff made them feel completely at home. The hotel itself is perfectly located in ranjit avenue in a very nice area, close to the best restaurants and bars. The hotel rooms are first class with beautiful decor and all the amenities you need. We were in Amritsar for my wedding and the stay at Victorian elegance is one of the highlights of our trip. The only hotel I will stay in Amritsar.
