The communication from booking and right through our stay was brilliant from Dmitrii and Ögmundur. The cabin itself is gorgeous and the location is perfect. It’s located next to a restaurant but yet still isolated enough to enjoy your own company. The hot tub while surround by snow is surreal. I cannot fault this property one bit. We will be back and have been sharing the property details with our friends and families since we returned home.

The whole experience is awesome. The 4 cabins with shared communal kitchen far exceeded the expectations and was just delightful. The room was large and comfy, the kitchen was super well stocked with everything you could ever need. The bonus was VIP entry to the Secret Lagoon hot springs which was such a treat.

Location was beautiful and quiet, perfect for my first night in Iceland after a long flight. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've slept in while traveling. Beautifully decorated, felt like home. The massive outdoor garden porch space was covered, protected from elements, thought I was lucky with sunny weather. I wish I could have spent more time in this area. Kitchen was more than fully stocked, plenty of space and very clean. Wonderful hosts.

Set in Fludir, in a building dating from 1993, Skyggnir Bed and Breakfast offers a garden and guestrooms with free WiFi. Featuring a shared lounge, this property also provides guests with a terrace. It was a great experience, nice tidy guesthouse close to the Geysir area. Special thanks to the host who didn't go to bed late at night (about 11pm) waiting for us to come.
