First of all, Monica was super welcoming and even if I only speak few italian she used an ipad to translate our conversation in real time, super easy! I felt like at home from the first moment. The house is very clean, with a nice terrace and garden, and the room and the bathroom were super clean and tidy, with nice decoration and lots of amenities and details like coffee, water, snacks, etc. Each morning, the room is cleaned like an hotel service, which I was surprised, thank you! What is also great and was essential for my stay is that they let you get a bicycle during the stay without an extra cost. This was super helpful to explore the area, which is very adapted to bicycle mobility. Every time I saw Monica and her husband they were super nice and warm with me. For sure I’ll repeat this place if I visit the area again. Grazie mille!!!

Casa Pianta se encuentra en Cavallino-Treporti, a 2,2 km de Lido de Cavallino Treporti y a 17 km de Caribe Bay. The location was perfect for our staging for visiting Venice, traveling by water taxi to Venice for the day. The area of Cavellino-Treporti is very quiet compared to bustling Venice, yet had nice restaurants, the beach, and the water taxi/bus station all an easy short walk. Stefania is a most pleasant host who insured our stay was perfect. The grounds are beautiful, well-kept, and relaxing with gardens and trees.

Nice, modern room with enough space, with great shower. Very kind and helpful owners. Good breakfast. Location is perfect, near to the beach and to the center too, but away from the crowd and noise.
