Amazing! They went far beyond my expectations! The room was super clean — honestly, cleaner than I ever expected in Italy. Everything was spotless and felt fresh. The service was the best I have ever had. The staff gave me all the information I needed, explained everything in detail, and were always available for any questions or help. They even showed me where to go and what to see, depending on what I like. And the best part? They think ahead for you. Before I arrived, they sent me all the access details. When I checked in, they shared a picture of the codes so I wouldn’t have to search through messages. On the first morning, they even sent me a good morning text with recommendations for great breakfast places. Truly amazing service! I highly, highly recommend this place!

Everything was amazing, the apartment was so clean, we had everything we needed. The location is perfect. Rosario has been extremely helpful, taking time to explain what we should see, and recommending good restaurants. He even prepared breakfast the night before, since we had an early check out. Definitely highly recommend

The breakfast was fabulous it was fresh and delicious. Elena was an excellent host she answered all our questions and gave us suggestions on places to visit, how to save money on transportation. She cleaned our room exceptionally well. I definitely recommend this BB.
