Big and comfortable room for two people, very clean and spotless, modern bathroom, walls were decently sound proof, and lots of extra pillows, comforters, snacks. Location is a short walk to the historic centre. Pretty good options for street parking in the surrounding streets. Breakfast is self serve (coffee was delicious, breakfast snacks were only okay but it's not a dealbreaker). It's located on the ground floor which is a helpful tip for elders / seniors.

Renata was very accommodating, allowing me to check-in early. She also sent me the bus schedule for Sirolo and suggested alternative accommodation for one night when I had to arrive in Sirolo a day early and her place was already booked.
