Hotel staff were very friendly, helped call our friend a taxi and kept our luggage stored after check out so we could explore the city before flying out. Would stay again!

Palazzo dei Conti Residenza d'Epoca is goed gelegen in Florence, en biedt een à la carte-ontbijt en gratis WiFi in de hele accommodatie. It’s a really nice place to stay! The location was the best. Just take 10mins walk from train station and just 5mins to Duomo Cathedral! You can even seen the tower from your room! All the staff are really nice here especially Samuela helps a lot! Breakfast was a highlight as well! Highly recommended!

It was the best! If you can, stay in the room with Armo River scene. I haven’t stayed a better room. Probably, I will not stay in a better one either. The hotel is said to be built in 14th century if it’s true.

Everything was up to standard, modern and very clean.
