The room was very clean and had a confort bed. They have a fridge with many drinks available for free, which was very special. The staff is friendly and helped us with everything, specially Francheska. The breakfast had sandwish, coffee, croissants and other sweets. Location is amazing, close to subway and a few steps to Vatican city.

Everything was excellent - I would highly recommend staying here. The ONLY, SLIGHT complaint I had was the bed was a bit hard, but other than that, we were extremely pleased. SUPER clean, VERY quiet, comfortable temperature, very secure building, excellent location, amazing staff.

The bed was so comfortable, exactly what you need after hours walking and exploring. And although the place is very central for sightseeing it's also very quiet at night. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.

I stayed here for 8 days to attend a conference. This place is in a perfect good location. The mother is kind and helpful. I don't understand Italian, so if I had any questions, she would use a translator to help me. Also, the son went out of his way to help me set up the TV, which was difficult for the mother to handle. In any case, thanks to this hotel, I was able to enjoy my stay in Rome for 8 days comfortably.
