Accommodation in a beautifully renovated historic building. Very close to the bus/train station. The owners were very kind and accommodating and let us check in early even though we had forgotten to tell them we would arrive already in the morning. They upgraded us to a larger room since we had a lot of luggage 😅. They also gave us a lot of information about what to do in Trieste. Highly recommend!

The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable and very homey. We searched for weeks to find a safe, clean apartment to stay in for one night, close to the Cruise Port, and after reading all the negative reviews, we found this one with No Negative reviews. The apartment is better than the photos and the hosts/owners were the best! On line it says there's a Queen bed in the bedroom, but we happily found it to be a King size. The owners helped us with our many bags of luggage, cuz we are in our mid 70's with a bad back and knees. Also, because we can't walk far, Ms. Stefania, drove us to town for a romantic dinner...how special is that! There was coffee, tea, a continental breakfast, etc. there for us. Most of all, the large covered terrace overlooking the sea was spectacular!!! We could live out there...the views are absolutely breathtaking. We wish we could have stayed longer... Having wonderful, warm, friendly owners live in the same building, is so very helpful!! We Guarantee you will be so happy you chose this special apartment, Trieste Sea Life, to stay in, like we did!

The location is excellent, in a quiet neighborhood where parking is much easier than in the city center. It’s very easy to reach the center, the bus stop is just a short walk away and it only takes a few stops to get there. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast is very good. The hosts are amazing, always friendly and ready to help with anything you need. Truly a place worth recommending.
