Our host, Fabrizio, was very helpful communicating with us before we our visit, helping us out when we arrived with recommendations and reservations, and staying in touch throughout our stay. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The location (on the Via Francigena) was ideal.

The apartment looks brand new and everything was prepared for us. We even had food for breakfast, even though it wasn't supposed to be included!

It was such a hidden gem in Monterosi, Dilyana was very accommodating and her breakfast spread was awesome! The room was themed for Christmas which really adds to the charming atmosphere. I would stay there if ever I get back to Monterosi. On top of that, the Alimentari / grocery nearby would have your grocery needs covered. Elsie the shopkeeper was nice.

This is a wonderful B&B in every respect, set just outside Vetralla, an easy 15 minute walk into the town on the Via Francigena. It is in a safe and quiet location with superb views of the city. Our room was very well equipped with many thoughtful touches (pegs, soap for hand washing clothes and a clothes line, a box of teas, milk in the fridge, and several more). We were greeted by Francesca with homemade lemonade and biscuits; Mauro drove us to and from an excellent restaurant; when the weather was less than perfect breakfast was served in our room. So many things helped make this one of our favourite places to stay.
