They made our trip so convenient from picking us up and shuttling us to/from skiing and the train station, to booking us suppers at the best restaurants, spas and onsens and day trips. Do yourself a favour and stay here, you will not regret it!

Reasonably priced shuttle service was provided. Location was perfect, directly across from Akakura Kanko gondola. Loved the common area!

From the moment we arrived, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home. The accommodations were cozy, clean, and perfect for a ski trip. The common areas had a great vibe—ideal for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. But what really made this stay exceptional was the host—super helpful, incredibly knowledgeable about the area, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everyone had a great experience. And then there’s the snow—Myoko delivered some of the best conditions I’ve ever skied in! Deep powder, endless terrain, and easy access to the slopes made every day an adventure. If you’re looking for an awesome place to stay in Myoko with a fantastic host and world-class snow, The Bunk House is the place to be. Can’t wait to come back!

This was the second year we stayed at Jopow House 2 and we will try to book to stay again next season. staff did their best to accommodate our needs, as I had difficulty with steps post hip replacement.
