The accommodation is owned by a very nice family, the rooms are very clean, the food is excellent, we felt like home here and we highly recommend it. Very good location ,close to Lion Rock, on the main street surrouded by some restaurans and few small stores. The host has his own tuk-tuk and can help with transport to Pidurangala or around the area.I strongly recomand this homestay and wish to come back here.

Harsha showed us the local native plants in the garden that they use for cooking. The location is close to Sigiriya Rock and even has a view of the rock from the dining area.

The cottage is surrounded by a beautiful garden, and in the morning, I saw an iguana, a squirrel, a rabbit, and even a peacock right in front of my door. The room was clean and very spacious. Breakfast was delicious, filling, and satisfying. It’s a wonderful place - I just wish I had more time to stay there!

Very clean and comfortable, with working AC and a ceiling fan. Both warm and cold water for the shower. Most notably, the hosts were fantastic! So welcoming and so helpful. When we arrived they drove us to a scooter rental so we could get our scooter. The one day we had to leave early to go to Sigiriya for the day and they packed us a breakfast to go. Dinner at their restaurant was affordable and delicious. On the morning we left, they drove us to the bus station and stayed with us to make sure we caught the right bus. If you’re staying in Dambulla you should definitely stay here. These may be the most helpful hosts I’ve ever had while travelling across Southeast Asia.
