Walking distance to Sigiriya Rock which was also huge bonus. Delicious meals prepared by Suman and his family. Suman went above and beyond to help us with our stay, we couldn’t recommend him enough!

The accommodation is owned by a very nice family, the rooms are very clean, the food is excellent, we felt like home here and we highly recommend it. Very good location ,close to Lion Rock, on the main street surrouded by some restaurans and few small stores. The host has his own tuk-tuk and can help with transport to Pidurangala or around the area.I strongly recomand this homestay and wish to come back here.

Chathuri and her sister have done an incredible job to create and idyllic and restful cottage. Located a short walk down a small side road, the quaint cottages are away from the hustle and bustle of central Sigiriya and allows you to take in the sounds of nature. Chathuri and her sister’s breakfast was sensational and a very nice introduction to Sri Lankan cuisine for us. Chathuri’s husband Gayan was ready and waiting to pick us up from Habarana train station and we were also able to arrange a safari with Gayan which was sensational! I would recommend this place to all couples and solo travellers as a beautiful place to stay in Sigiriya and Sri Lanka.

Villa Hanguk is an ideal spot if you plan to explore the Dambulla area. The owner is incredibly helpful, offering assistance with scooter or tuk-tuk rentals and organizing local trips. The villa is nestled just 400 meters from the main city street, surrounded by lush paddy fields. The beautifully maintained garden is filled with vibrant plants and flowers, offering plenty of cozy spots to relax—whether in a hammock, at a dining area, or playing table games. Being in the middle of nature, you can expect the delightful sounds of wildlife, including peacocks. It truly adds to the charm of the place. One of the highlights of our stay was the Sri Lankan food. The meals were not only delicious but also generously portioned. I highly recommend skipping outside restaurants and instead asking the staff to prepare dinner for you—you won’t be disappointed!

Sigiri Starwing Villa está en Sigiriya, a 1,5 km de Yacimiento arqueológico de Sigiriya y a 4,7 km de Pidurangala Rock. Sparkling clean rooms and bathroom. Beds are very comfortable. The hosts are so warm and helpful. Big and tasty breakfast. We will miss this place.

Menara Green Inn se encuentra en Dambulla, a 20 km de Yacimiento arqueológico de Sigiriya, y ofrece alojamiento con jardín, wifi gratis, servicio de habitaciones y recepción 24 horas. The host family is incredible warm and kind. The breakfast was absolutly delicious and a huge portion, at night we got yummy free juice. Our host even drove us around and made sure, that the tour we booked beforehand online had a driver he trusted. (If you want to do a tour too, better contanct him directly for a trustworthy driver!). The outside area is decorated very cozy, epecially at night. Really felt like a second home. It was so great, that we were sad to leave!

Hidden Lake Cottages Sigiriya dispone de bicicletas gratis, piscina al aire libre, jardín y salón de uso común en Sigiriya. The hosts here are incredibly heartwarming, and the atmosphere they create is exceptionally pleasant. They took care of everything, even after we checked out, and we're very grateful for that! The tuk-tuk they arranged for our trips was several times cheaper than if we had booked through PickMe. The house is clean and has an excellent private refreshing pool. The breakfasts were delicious and plentiful, with freshly squeezed multifruit juices that were truly incomparable! If you're ever in Sigiriya, we highly recommend this place. You'll find everything you need here – excursions, safaris, transfers, dinners – and even more.

Simoya Nature Park está en Dambulla, a 19 km de Yacimiento arqueológico de Sigiriya y a 22 km de Pidurangala Rock. Ofrece alojamiento con jardín y wifi gratis. El alojamiento está impecable, limpio y cuidado con mucho cariño y amor. Las fotos que muestran son exactamente la realidad. Los desayunos en la terraza son de ensueño, un verdadero paraíso. En cuanto a los dueños está regentado por una adorable familia, Madhu y Sanjee, que te hacen sentir como en casa. Destacar la cocina de Madhu, todo lo que probamos estaba exquisito y Sanjee siempre está disponible para lo que necesites. Sin duda la mejor elección en Dambulla. Por cierto, el Cave Temple y el golden temple están muy cerca y se puede ir caminando en un agradable paseo de menos de 10 minutos.
