The rooms were simple but comfortable and very clean, brilliant AC which was needed, lots of toiletries etc. The grounds are stunning - great to wander around, looking at the fruit/veg and the Hesse and goats. The tour of the food/wine production site is really interesting. The restaurant is beautiful and the food is just amazing. Everything we ate was incredible. Best of all are the staff, everyone is very friendly and helpful.

It's a great location, and if you're driving, you can leave it in the public parking lot and walk 15 minutes to the hotel or take a bus. Breakfast is about 100 meters away in a charming traditional bakery, a delight.

Nice welcome. They anticipated us and left keys so we could check in. Good facilities for our bikes and delicious breakfast. Restaurant right next door was delicious.
