The host Ranko was nice and didn't mind that I arrived much earlier than check-in. The location is very convenient because it is near the airport (you can walk there in 23 minutes), near the bus station, and most importantly, very close to the beach. The room is clean, cozy, very comfortable bed, there are utensils and a kettle, and a bottle of water was already waiting in the fridge.

We were warmly welcomed by the father of the family after being in contact with one of the sons. He first sat us down on the porch and offered us something to drink. We talked a bit and after that he showed us our room, which was clean and had a refrigerator, air conditioning and 3 single beds. The next day we rented a couple of exceptional mountain bikes they had and went to a nearby beach (Waikiki) which the son had recommended us. Throughout our stay we ran into the family on a daily basis and had a lot of fun. Very helpful and kind people and the accommodation was worth it. The environment is a dream and there is a bakery down the street. Also a local restaurant at 5-10 min walking recommended by the dad was so good, we went back the next day for some more. So happy we ran into this beautiful home and beautiful family that we will definitely return when coming back to this beautiful country.

Riva Guesthouse, que se encuentra a 11 km de Torre del Reloj, Kotor y a 11 km de Puerta del Mar – Entrada Principal, ofrece habitaciones en Tivat. the location was absolutely fantastic, and we had a sea view which was amazing. the staff were incredibly polite and very welcoming and made us feel immediately comfortable. the room was perfectly tidy and clean, and the staff even gave us a bowl of cherries as we turned up! we were genuinely amazed at how well presented and well priced this was for such a spot on location.

You felt like you were in a movie set of years ago (except with air-con !) Host Alexandra was so helpful, kind and friendly. She made us feel like family, gave us some beautiful red wine and hand made gift. Great restaurants nearby Veranda & Big Ben which were well priced with great selection of food and experienced staff. Swimming was close . Small market near too .

The city is also a half-hour walk away. The apartment is cozy and has everything you need. The owner was friendly and helpful, explaining everything and answering all my questions.

I would absolutely recommend staying here any time of year. the apartment is up a hill, so be ready for a bit of a workout! 💪🏼

The apartment itself is beautiful, spotless, and tastefully decorated, with all the amenities to make you feel at home. I truly enjoyed every moment of my stay here and would love to come back again. A very beautiful beach is within walking distance. There is a grocery store and an ATM in the village. The hostess is very kind and helpful. If you need anything from the household, the hostess kindly provides everything if you ask her. The host offers a transfer from and to the airport. It was very convenient and useless.
