Luderitz exceeded our expectations as there is a wealth of history here. The locals are very welcoming. Our accommodation was beautifully appointed and had stunning ocean views. The table on the porch was used to enjoy breakfast and sundowners whilst watching the sea. Highly recommended location

We arrived very late but the owner waited to greet us and show us our rooms. Despite being Self Catering, they provided everything, including cereals, rusks and snacks. The room was big, nicely laid out with all required amenities. Beautiful garden. Our car was parked in the street but there was a 24-hour security guard. Great location, would definitely recommend.

Very clean property with a beautiful view. Quiet at night (except the nice sound of the ocean waves). Very functional. Walking distance to few restaurants. Secure with a gate and a guard. Check in and out were a breeze. Highly recommend.

Noordoewer Country Escape is a recently renovated guest house in Noordoewer, where guests can make the most of its garden and barbecue facilities. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. On clear days, guests can head outside to enjoy the guest house's outdoor fireplace or simply kick back and relax. We stayed overnight on our way from Cape Town back to Windhoek. Situated on a farm close to the centre of Noordoewer, the accommodation is comfortable with several lovely touches and attention to detail, including a Nespresso machine. The hosts are welcoming and friendly and the views are spectacular. They also offer braai packs and breakfast packs, which one can order in advance. I can highly recommend this as a great place to overnight on the Cape Town - Windhoek route.
