Las habitaciones limpias y el baño igual. Seguimos sus recomendaciones para visitar y fue un éxito. Si volvemos, esta claro que ahí nos ospedaremos. Muchas gracias Line!!! Located in a quiet oceanfront area on the island of Averøy, this former Bacalao (salt modified and dried cod) factory has been restored into a rustic guesthouse. Such a beautiful little hotel with the most lovely staff. We stayed in the Studio Apartment with Sea View and WOW! The view was absolutely breathtaking! We also had dinner at the hotel and it ended up being one of the best meals we had during our time in Norway. I did notice a few reviews mention the steep stairs, but honestly, that’s just part of the charm when staying in a historic building in Europe. It didn’t bother us at all and added to the authentic feel of the place.

What made this stay so special was how it felt like visiting good friends. The moment I walked in, I was welcomed by the inviting and carefully decorated space - every corner felt cozy and full of charm. The hospitality of the hosts, a lovely couple, was outstanding. They prepared both breakfast and dinner, and we shared these meals together, talking and enjoying the food made with love. Their recommendations for hikes and viewpoints helped make my weekend both relaxing and fulfilling.

En el bed and breakfast se sirve un desayuno continental.... The property itself is beautiful. The room I stayed in was well appointed and very comfortable. The house had everything you need with a very comprehensive and delicious breakfast spread. Beyond that, I just want to really think the staff. I got in somewhat late to the airport and my bag did not make it with me. This led to me getting in it almost midnight and they were so kind about it. I was met and brought to my room very kindly so that I wouldn’t get lost getting in so late. There is nothing but kindness and consideration and friendliness. I couldn’t ask for better!

El encanto de este alojamiento está fuera de toda duda. Es muy único poderte alojar en una casa familiar de la época. Te sientes muy bien acogido solo por el hecho de que permitan entrar huéspedes. La habitación era muy amplia y muy bien decorada; y el baño muy cómodo.

Easily accessible from the airport with a bus stop just by the house. Owners were very accommodating and let us leave our bags at the front desk while we visited the museum next door. Highly recommend.

Es una casa especial con alma propia, no es sólo un alojamiento, es vivir la experiencia de alojarte en lo que fue la casa de una familia de 1930. Las actuales dueñas han tenido la sensibilidad de mantener el espíritu de la casa y de sus antiguos dueños, Los Jervell. Parece que estas en un museo, muebles de época, fotografías etc. Es una inmersión total! Nos sentimos muy agusto y es uno de los alojamientos más especiales que hemos conocido. Si volvemos a Alesund, sin duda nos volveremos a alojar en esta gran casa.
