We loved your place, we arrived after a long day of driving all the way from Kaitaia. It was so peaceful and beautiful. We loved the views from our little Lanai of the sheep, the bush and scenery. The night was super clear and the full moon, and all the stars were out. When I walked the property the next morning I found treasures of a little herb garden, figs,, grapes, blackberries, flowers. We loved the visit from the ducks walking by. The studio had everything we needed. Comfortable bed, sweet little kitchenette, nice bathroom, everything super clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a wonderful addition. The selection of fruit, the cereals, the bread and spreads, the fresh milk and juice, the selection of teas and coffee, all were sweetly prepared for us. We felt welcome and appreciated as guests. We loved our stay and would definitely come back!

Ross and Penny were the most gracious and welcoming hosts I've ever had! They were so accommodating and friendly I felt so welcome! They went so far to make my stay as comfortable as possible, preparing breakfast, giving tons of local recommendations, and really worked with my plans for the day. They really do care about their guests, doing little things like offering a beach towel, a bottle of juice, and a later checkout just so I could shower after my beach day. By the end of it I felt like I was visiting family more than booking a stay! The location is also phenomenal, right by Leigh's eats for fish and chips and just a few minutes by car from goat island. Such a lovely safe space. Like nowhere we have ever stayed before. The rain outside our bedroom through the trees was just stunning and so cosy to watch.
