It was quiet, peaceful and had excellent facilities. Perfect location for visiting Farewell Spit and Wharareki Beach. The owner was really welcoming and helpful. Lovely apartment with everything you could want. Super great shower pressure and a very comfortable bed. Plus, Jen and Steve provided a filling breakfast each morning! Jen and Steve provided us with numerous hiking and sightseeing tips and all were excellent. We spent full days going to their recommendations. Don't hesitate to stay here and we highly recommend!

Chalet Karaka está en Takaka y tiene jardín, zona de barbacoa y wifi gratis en todo el alojamiento. We LOVED everything! You couldn't ask for a more tranquil setting. The chalet is well set up for self catering. Every attention to detail, right down to the condiments in the cupboard. I really didn't want to leave, but I've booked for this year (Xmas hols) already!!
