This property offers access to a balcony and free private parking. The guest house features family rooms. I don't often write reveiws unless suitably impressed, The place was fantastic in every way. It was new, clean, beautifully decorated, the beds again were the most comfortable ever, with beautiful linen. The wifi and facilities were brilliant. This was a great place to explore Hastings and surrounding areas. A lovely home to come to after a day out. There is even a barbeque to use outside the doors, a lovely verandah to sit in the evenings and the huge doors open up on a hot evening. Very close to cafes and places to visit and not far from splash planet.

The shower is easily adjusted for height with excellent pressure and ample hot water. It’s located across from the beach and boardwalk. Multiple restaurants within walking distance. Hosts live above and are easily accessible yet unobtrusive. Very comfortable.

Close by the sea, the beach, the beautiful boulevard, the restaurants and the shops. It immediately felt like home. Esther and Tom are the most lovely hosts, you’ll may experience. Nothing is too much trouble, just perfect in every way. Esther has amazing home cooking and fresh baking available for the mornings and afternoon. They are also full of local knowledge and trivia, if you need any recommendation for visiting places in the area. The house and the rooms are spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Fantastic bathrooms with walk-in shower, heated floors and luxurious toiletries. So many lovely things are presented, like homemade cakes or cookies when you arrive back at home in the afternoon. Freshly made, fruit salads, cakes, jams, and bread in the morning with the choice of either cooked or continental breakfast. Drinking tea or wine in the afternoon with all sorts of freshly made nibbles. Port and chocolates at bedtime. We’ve stayed at many 5 star accomodations in the world , but this place is so much more…… Words fail us; you have to see and experience it for yourself! Therefore, we would encourage anyone visiting Napier in New Zealand to treat themselves to this quintessential experience. Our stay at this luxury accomodation, 415 Marine Parade was definitely one of the most memorable stays of our holiday in New Zealand. Excellent accommodations. Beautiful place with attentive host and great service. Quiet location in a residential area. Nice and plentiful breakfast. We were allowed to bring our two dogs, which we really appreciated. Very luxurious shower! We will definitely revisit.
